Supporting women in perimenopause and menopause

My Story

Hi! I’m Sarah and I’m passionate about helping women navigate the menopause transition. After struggling on and off with anxiety and depression and being blindsided by perimenopausal symptoms in my mid-40’s, I decided to prioritize my physical and mental health.

 

During the pandemic I enrolled in the Natural Nutrition program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and it was life changing! I learned about how what we eat impacts not only our physical, but also our mental health; how our bodies have an innate ability to heal; and the implications of our food choices on our own health and the well-being of our families.

 

From my own experience and research, including speaking with women my own age, I realized that there was very little support for women navigating menopause and so much conflicting information and fear surrounding this life stage. By being informed, exploring the best options for you, and making small, manageable changes, you can have a big impact on your health!

My Approach

We'll work together to set small, attainable goals that you can sustain over the long-term. My approach is food first: it's about what foods you can add to your diet, not about restriction.
